Burnett County
(Latest report: 3/08/2010)

Burnett County snow trails are CLOSED.

The Frozen Ground ATV Trail system will remain OPEN until further notice.



Douglas County
(Latest report: 3/10/2010)

Douglas County snow trails are CLOSED.

All winter recreational trails under the management of the Douglas County Forestry Department have been closed for the season.

Thank you to all who have developed, maintained, promoted, and or reported on the trails this season.





Washburn County
(Latest report: 3/10/2010)

Washburn County snow trails are CLOSED.

The Washburn County Snowmobile and ATV Trail systems closed officially at Midnight Tuesday March 9. County staff will be closing gates. The only trail remaining open for ATV use is the Wild River Trail.

The ATV trails will re-open on Saturday Morning, May 29. (Memorial Weekend).

Law enforcement staff will be patrolling ATV trail systems for illegal uses.

Washburn County would like to thank the Rolling Hills, Minong/Wascott, and Birchwood Bobcats snowmobile clubs for all their hard work. Club efforts helped make this a great snowmobile season.

The trail system maintained by the 4 Seasons Recreational Club is located in the Northwestern section of Wisconsin and is mainly in Douglas County. The club maintains 8 miles of trail #3 through beautiful forest and lake country at the southern edge of the county.
