Old Business
- The trails are now open. Chuck has graded once.
- Jean Breitung asked about placing Stay on Pavement signs near Madison Rd. Chuck McD will check and see what we need for signs.
- We need to send a thank you to Mike for metal for pavilion. Bernie may have some lights and Mark has speakers. We will set a work day. We have the rest of the metal bought by the town to finish.
- The ATV class was a success (31 students). Thanks to Mick, Robbyn, Jean Brietung and Patti for the bars. We need help for the next one on June 9 & 10 on Friday 5:00 to 8:00.
- The next meat raffles are June 4 (Jan & Patti) & June 18 (Willard and Chuck).
- Trina has ordered for the Flea Market. Set up at 10:00. Mick suggested that club members who may have stuff might and want to set up a table and donate back to the club. All proceeds would go to trail maintenance.
- We discussed having a sign up sheet for checking out items to be used by members.
- A reminder about the ATV ride on June 25th.
- Tim suggested we go to the town and ask for a connection of 2 Mile Rd to trail #41.
New Business
- Jan J. discussed an Access Plan that the county is working on which determines use of trails for various purposes. Copies are available.
- We need to call Doucette to reserve. We will do the same rides as last year.
- The tickets are ready and can be handed out. We have 500 made up.
Jan made a motion to adjourn. Second by Chuck. Meeting adjourned at 10:30.
Respectfully submitted,
