The secretary’s report was approved as read. Motion by Charles, second by Willard. Motion carried.
The treasurer’s report was approved as read. We owe a HUGE THANK YOU to the Chipmunk, Crystal Lake Bar, and Viewpoint Lodge for their very generous donations in the last several weeks. This will go a long way to help pay for our groomer! Motion by Dennis, second by Charles. Motion carried.
Old Business

The ATV route to Pogo’s is completed. Chuck Schiller has been out working on the trail and it is in good shape.

The groomer needs to go to Grand Rapids for repairs. It will go when we can get the equipment. We will do the gift certificate then.

Jan handed around an e-mail from Paul Halvorson regarding county road crossings.

Jean Brietung noted the "No trespassing" signs near our trail. Chuck will talked to the landowner about them.

ATV class went well. There were 33 students.

Summer ATV Ride: July 22 at 10:00 at the store.

July 15th is the meat raffle. Someone will be there to work it.

Food and Fun: Ballpark is reserved, license is ready, 3 games for 3 hours, need raffle board ideas. We will donate club clothing and a years membership for one board. We ordered banners for this year – no dates so they can be used over again.

Discussed seeding and decided to just fill in the holes.
New Business

Tim reported that an advance would be coming in September for winter payment for grooming. For ATV money, July starts a new year.

Turf and Tundra are now a link on our site and we are on theirs.

Marv suggested a letter to the new county supervisor to report on what is happening in the county.

4 books of tickets are left. Summer Stampede cards were available to buy.
