The secretary’s report was approved as read on a Charles/Willard motion.
The treasurer’s report was approved as read with one correction from last month’s report on a Mark/Charles motion.
WE OWE A BIG THANK YOU TO VIEW POINT AND CHIPMUNK FOR THEIR VERY GENEROUS DONATIONS TO OUR TRAIL MAINENANCE/EQUIPMENT FUND.
Old Business

We received two thank you cards – Charlie Olson family and James Forbes family.

Chuck Y. reported that the winter club trip went well. Some of the group snowmobiled and others enjoyed the motel!

The drawing for the Winter Raffle tickets will be at the end of the meeting. Next year, we need to remember to have it in March and
make the 1st prize larger as we did last year. We had a few books left this year.
New Business
-
The club sent flowers to Jim Hansen’s funeral.

Marv had information for awards presented at the AWSC fall
workshop.

We sent some hats, a shirt and 3-$10.00 gift certificates
to Cozy Corner Club for their March 3rd Boya. They have been very
generous to our club in the past. Motion by Jan, Second by Kay to pay
Patti for the gift certificates. Motion carried.

The schedule for the 2007 Tour of Businesses was sent
around – April 21st. Mark and Jon will be available to provide
a fine prize at the end – in addition to the gift certificate given by the
club for the best poker hand.

Jon asked about purchasing a 24x30 tent at an auction if
the price was right. Motion by Mary, second by Mark pursue the purchase up
to $150.00. Motion carried.

We discussed the fact that we should eventually look at
getting another grader. Motion by Jan to purchase a grader. Second by
Willard. Motion carried. Everyone can be on the look out for a good deal
and bring information to the club.

We will table further projects at the ball park until
spring. The purchase of chairs for the Town Hall is on hold for awhile.
