The secretary’s report was approved as read. Motion by Jean Boop, second by Jon, motion carried.
The treasurer’s report was approved as read.

The balance on hand was $5,583.92 with $2,952.41 in operating fund
and $2,631.51 in the groomer fund.

Three deposits from Donation Boxes
for a total of $97.55 from Crystal Lake Bar, ViewPoint Lodge and Antler Inn.

Pull-Tab deposits totaled $1,706.83 from Crystal Lake Bar, Golden Chipmunk and
View Point Lodge.

Meat Raffle deposits totaled $811.00.
Motion by Mic, second by Tim, motion carried.
Old Business

Trails: Chuck S and Dick did some brushing. The bridge is complete and the trail is open.

Meat Raffle: December 17th, Wayne & Mary and January 7th, Marv and?.

A response was received by Dick that the Minong club would no longer include Wascott on any of their advertising.

Winter Ride: Ed will call Hurley when he returns from vacation to get proper rates.

Children’s Christmas party: Gift-wrapping will be December 17th at the town hall at 10 AM.

WTDA Poker Run will take place January 27th, 28th & 29th.
- Dick ordered wreaths and delivered to property owners on the trail.
New Business

Tim had the new contract for the groomer.

At the Workshop a discussion about the snowmobile speed limit was held,
the AWSC is backing a limit of 55 at night
and will have check points, which have to be published for three days in advance.

T Zone hunting: the DNR is proposing opening the entire state next year.

Tim should have the new maps on Monday and will deliver them to the businesses.

Tim has a bill for summer trail maintenance in the amount of $1,918.80 ready to send in.

Dick has been getting several calls to open roads to ATVs, Marv suggested telling them to contact the Town Board.
