Trail reroute has not been done as we are still waiting for availability of Haawkinsons. We did
receive news that one of the owners of the land which our trail crosses has passed away. No news
as to if the land will be sold or family members will maintain ownership.
Chuck ordered new signs. They should be arriving is a couple of weeks. We will need to section the
trail and do maintenance before trails open in May, and replace any downed signs.
Business Appreciation was April 11. We have 27 participants and Jean Breitung was the winner of the
poker run. Thank you to Jack for organizing the event.
We have been discussing a date and activities for the open house. A Loren/Mark motion passed to have
a booth at the flea market the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. We will provide information about
the Cap Step program, membership cards, shirts for sale, etc. Doris will order a banner. We will
check with the Stop A Sec to see if anyone is selling hot dogs this year as that may be another
opportunity for us. Debbie and Doris have volunteered to work the booth, but more volunteers are needed.
Jean brought some information about sheds from 2 different companies. A Marlene/Doris motion passed to
purchase a new shed. Mark will order and Doris will contact the town to see if there are any permits
needed. We will need to do some site prep prior to the shed arriving.
Jon ordered lime for the ball field and Mike suggested improving the watering capabilities.
The Youth Turkey Hunt is May 16. Mark will work with Jon to get pizzas.
Meat Raffle volunteers: 5/2 Boops, 5/16 Hansons

- We will be ordering can koozies to celebrate the club?s 25th anniversary. We discussed creating a
logo for the club. Members are asked to bring some ideas to the next meeting.
After the meeting, we need to take the chains off the tractor and clean the building for the turkey hunt.
Marlene would like to paint the picnic tables. OK for her to purchase paint from the Stop A Sec.
Meeting adjourned on a Mark/Loren motion.
